Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance for the night shift in Charlotte. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, oversee installation of new equipment, and collaborate with production to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have health and safety policy knowledge (GMPs, PPE).
• Food quality and safety standards knowledge (SQF, etc.).
• Leads and directs other employees; may have hiring/discipline authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
• Coordinate with production to modify equipment/work areas for efficiency.
• Prepare environmental and safety compliance reports as required.
