Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Fort Gibson, OK, is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance for the Nights shift (5:15pm - 6:45am).

You will lead the maintenance team, ensure preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical issues to maximize production capacity while complying with safety standards. Responsibilities include process improvements, SOP development, and coordinating new equipment installations to boost efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant manufacturing facility experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and scheduling.
• Understanding of GMP, OSHA and safety standards.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to maintain plant equipment and facilities.
• Provide preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, environmental and corporate standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs and Best Practices.
• Work with production to optimize equipment and processes.
• Prepare reports and manage maintenance documentation.
