Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team, ensure preventive maintenance, and drive reliability for all equipment and facilities. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and covers an evening shift (2pm–10pm).

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of manufacturing maintenance supervision, strong safety focus, and experience with GMP and environmental regulations, plus ERP experience (SAP) to coordinate activities with production.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance supervision.
• Experience in a production environment and leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, GMP, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production to optimize equipment performance and throughput.
• Develop SOPs and implement best practices in the facility.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and plant modifications.
• Prepare safety and environmental compliance reports and maintain documentation.
