Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead maintenance activities, ensure preventive maintenance, manage electrical troubleshooting, and minimize downtime to maximize production capacity.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of improving reliability and safety. You will collaborate with Production to optimize equipment and maintain SOPs for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the maintenance team and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Identify and solve equipment downtime and safety issues to maximize production capacity.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and best practices for maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and modification of existing lines.
• Ensure OHSA and environmental compliance and timely reporting.
