NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the 3rd shift to provide overall direction across the Dedicated Fleet operation and operational support to the Project Manager. Responsibilities include load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch, and data entry in TMW to support timely customer invoicing.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

2–3 years of logistics and/or transportation experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with MS Office and TMW or similar order-management systems.

Mansioni

Direct and coordinate load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch activities.
Maintain positive working relations with drivers and provide ongoing communications about service issues.
Input daily data into the order-management system (TMW) and assist with invoicing processes.
Produce weekly KPI/performance data reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate driver payroll and audit expense reports.
Support Project Manager and safety teams on policy implementation and compliance.
Assist across departments during vacations or peak periods.
