Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two years experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or security preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Manage incident response and escalation per instructions.
• Document interactions and maintain system records.
• Assist in alarm verification and life safety interventions.
