Job summary

Interface Systems seeks an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, monitor alarms, and communicate with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems. You will de-escalate incidents, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

The role offers night and weekend shifts within a 24/7 operations center. Training is provided, with opportunities for bonus programs and attendance rewards after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, dispatch, call center or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand needs and respond quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Calm and professional under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
