KeHE Distributors in Ellettsville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates, driving safe, efficient operations in a cold and variable warehouse (refrigerated 25–35°F and freezer -20°F).

You will set clear goals, provide real-time coaching, and foster a respectful, high‑performing culture while ensuring policy compliance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement through LEAN methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; years of experience may substitute.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including varying shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Apply LEAN principles to identify and implement process improvements.
