KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Indiana to lead a team of 25-28 Associates and maintain efficient, safe warehouse operations. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure compliance across all processes.

You will manage diverse zones, including refrigerated and freezer areas, while applying lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve accuracy. A strong safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient operations and safety.
• Drive performance using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a collaborative, respectful work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Oversee operations in temp zones including refrigerated and freezer spaces.
