Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 25–28 Warehouse Associates across 1st and 2nd shifts. The role emphasizes safety, performance, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, employee‑owned distribution environment.

You will drive coaching, set clear performance goals, and foster a collaborative, respectful and safe work culture. Prior LEAN experience and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree may be substituted by relevant experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with 2+ years in formal leadership for 10+ team members.
• Proven safety record and compliance with safety regulations.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25–28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to identify and implement process improvements.
