Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Illinois to lead a team and ensure efficient, safe operations across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. You will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold Lean practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include setting KPI-driven goals, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a collaborative culture while adapting to varied shifts and zones, including refrigerated and freezer areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience may substitute.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with WMS.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2–28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance expectations.
• Set performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
