Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Romeoville, IL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 25–28 associates, oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement using LEAN practices, set KPIs, and coach staff to deliver accurate orders in a temperature-controlled distribution environment, including freezer and cooler zones.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage a team of 25–28 associates and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25–28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance expectations.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management; drive continuous improvement.
