Qualifications

• High school diplomas or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates, ensuring they have the tools and support to meet performance expectations.
• Drive safety, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement across daily warehouse operations.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
