Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed, maintaining courteous, high-quality service. You must be able to respond within about 30 minutes to requests such as guest key issues, noise complaints, emergencies, or limited after-hours check-ins.

This live-onsite role includes lodging, on-call overnight shifts, and potential coverage of other local hotels.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers. Must be proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Computer skills including inputting information into a computer system (Microsoft Office Suite and Hotel PMS).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Friendly, cooperative manner and patience in dealing with guests and staff.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and handle issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety incidents.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys, safeguarding against mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including greeting, registering, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and collecting payments if necessary.
• Stay informed about hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Report all safety, guest, and security concerns per company policy.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities, services, hours, and local attractions.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios when required.
• Maintain proficiency in all location computer and software systems.
