Job summary

Extended Stay America in Chicago/Darien, IL is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight guest needs, manage after-hours check-ins, and uphold high standards of service while living onsite. You'll cover on-call duties within 30 minutes, handle guest concerns, keys, payments, and safety procedures, earning weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and solid computer skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Strong English reading and speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on-call for check-ins, emergencies, and noise issues.
• Guard and log hotel keys; manage check-ins/outs.
• Assist with guest directions and local information.
• Log events, post payments to folios, and run reports.
• Maintain familiarity with safety procedures.
