Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor to perform mandatory audits of daily transactions for the Hotel Department. The role requires handling guest charges, reservations, settlements, and billing with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities include resolving credit card disputes, processing third-party invoices, and collaborating with Sales on group billing while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be twenty‑one (21) years of age or older.
• Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Experience in Opera preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms.
• Basic Math and Budgetary skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent bookkeeping skills.

Aufgaben

• Check audit work.
• Ensuing accuracy of guest charges.
• Enter and confirm all types of reservations in the system including invitee and non-invitee events.
• Check Settlement Control.
• Check on no shows.
• Ensure all EZ Post, Bit Pay transactions have adhered to correct procedures.
• Make sure all Gift Cards transactions, online, and room reservations are correctly billed.
• Work with guests as needed to finalize credit card disputes.
• Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
• Finalize all third‑party invoices as needed.
• Work with Sales Department to finalize all group billing.
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.
