Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor to staff the hotel front desk during the night shift, ensuring quality and integrity of operations as day shift. Responsibilities include completing front desk check-ins, check-outs, and nightly audits to post daily transactions.

The role requires strong communication, ability to upsell and provide excellent guest service, and adherence to security & liability measures to protect hotel assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Balance day shift accounts and close out the front desk.
• Welcome guests, assign rooms, and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods; verify IDs and payments.
• Register guests with accurate details and stay dates.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests.
