TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight accounting, front desk operations, and guest services. You will balance daily revenues, post transactions, and prepare reports while ensuring privacy and security during night hours.

The role requires strong attention to detail, independent work habits, and proficiency with hotel software and Microsoft Office. Mount Pleasant location with full-time hours.

Qualificações

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee night audit and balance daily revenue reports.
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts.
• Reconcile guest accounts and ensure accuracy of charges.
• Prepare end-of-day close in the property management system.
• Handle late check-ins/early check-outs and manage night records.
• Maintain data privacy and complete administrative tasks for next day operations.
• Monitor security and respond to emergencies during the night shift.
