General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations. You will balance daily revenue, prepare reports, and support guests with top-notch service during the quiet hours.

As a trusted night team member, you’ll ensure accuracy of financial records, assist with reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Hotel or related hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation.
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours.
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls.
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight.
