Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee financial and administrative tasks during the night shift. You will handle late check-ins, guest inquiries, and front desk operations while maintaining precise records and ensuring data privacy.

Responsibilities include nightly revenue reporting, guest account reconciliation, and end-of-day closing in the property management system. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Proven communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries and requests during the night shift.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations at night.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and guest information accurately.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
• Compile and reconcile daily revenue and guest accounts.
• Post charges and close day-end in the PMS system.
• Monitor security and respond to emergencies as needed.
