Job summary

Flynn Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk tasks, perform nightly revenue audits, and prepare daily financial reports. You will handle late check-ins/outs, ensure lobby safety, and coordinate with security and engineering as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong with numbers, and able to work independently overnight. Prior night audit or front desk experience and familiarity with PMS software are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process late check-ins/check-outs and overnight guest requests.
• Perform nightly audits and reconcile daily revenue.
• Run end-of-day reports and assist in prepping financial documentation.
• Ensure lobby cleanliness and safety during overnight hours.
• Work closely with security and engineering as needed.
