Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate balance and closing of daily financial activity. This hourly, part-time role requires reliability, attention to detail, and independence during late-night shifts.

As the primary guest contact during the overnight hours, you will handle check-ins/outs, process transactions, and perform routine accounting tasks to support the hotel’s financial integrity and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience or similar front desk role in hospitality preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software; hotel PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audit and balance daily transactions.
• Verify front desk, F&B, and other revenues against supporting docs.
• Run end-of-day reports and resolve discrepancies for management.
• Close and roll the date in PMS and related systems per procedures.
• Process credit card batches and handle declined or irregular transactions.
• Respond to guest check-ins/outs and inquiries during overnight hours.
