Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Night Auditor to manage guest registration, checkout and cashiering, while reconciling and posting daily revenue activity. You will greet guests, verify reservations, handle payments, maintain a house bank, and post charges.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and leadership to coordinate with Front Desk and other departments. The position involves reviewing arrivals, VIP requests, and preparing next-day reports for Front Office,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, register guests, verify reservations and promote loyalty programs.
• Handle payments, maintain a house bank, and prepare daily receipts reports.
• Issue keys and control access to safety deposit boxes; post miscellaneous charges.
• Review arrivals, VIP and special requests, and inform departments of room assignments.
• Ensure reports and forms are completed daily and close day accounting entries.
• Provide next day reports for Front Office and related departments as required.
