You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, post charges, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily revenue reports. The position emphasizes data privacy, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Guest services: assist late check-ins/early check-outs and provide a hospitable welcome.
• Front desk operations: process check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations and room assignments.
• Handle phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
