Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, sign up new members, log amenities and share updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions for beverages or merchandise.
• Promote fitness classes and initiatives to members and new sign-ups.
• Follow policies from employee handbook and support team.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with emergencies if needed.
• Support staff and communicate changes across the team.
• Protect confidentiality of member information.
