Job summary

Planet Fitness - Portland ME Group is seeking a friendly front desk team member to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests. You will greet, check in, sign up new members and assist with class information, while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones politely and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, sign up new members, log amenities and relay updates.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Explain and promote fitness classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and uphold policies and procedures.
