Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities.
• Promote and explain our fitness programs to members.
• Explain and uphold policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with club upkeep.
• Track KPIs and assist with inventory counts.
• Be a brand ambassador with a positive, upbeat attitude.
