Job summary

Planet Fitness in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Front Desk Member Services Associate to support new member sign-ups and deliver a positive member experience.

You will greet guests, handle front desk tasks, give tours, sign up new members, assist with account changes, and help resolve member questions; you will also keep the club clean and welcoming.

Shifts include night hours and a mix of full-time/part-time, with standing and light lifting required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be able to stand, walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours, updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
