Job summary

Planet Fitness in West St Paul, MN is seeking a front desk team member to drive new member sales and ensure a positive member experience. This on-site role involves greeting guests, signing up members, tours, and assisting with account changes during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
• Handle all front desk related takes, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a members account
• Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
