Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Portland, OR to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver excellent customer service and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment, while supporting daily operations and membership processing.

In this role, you will greet visitors, answer questions about memberships and services, manage check-ins and billing, and promote upgrades and personal training options.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, policies, and services.
• Check-in members and process billing renewals at the front desk.
• Keep front desk area tidy and welcoming; maintain locker rooms and bathrooms as needed.
• Promote memberships and services, including personal training.
• Collaborate with team to meet club goals and maintain a safe environment.
