Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests and deliver exceptional service in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will handle member check-ins, answer questions, promote fitness classes, and assist with retail and POS transactions while upholding our judgement-free culture.

Candidates should be 18+, proficient with basic computers, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed in a fast-paced club setting.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency with accuracy.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members to keep workouts engaging.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and cleanliness; help with club upkeep.
