Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome members and guests, provide excellent service, and support daily club operations. You will assist with membership questions, perform check-ins, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members with inquiries about memberships, policies, and services.
• Check-in members and handle membership-related transactions.
• Keep front desk area tidy and ensure the club remains welcoming.
• Maintain locker rooms and bathrooms in clean, presentable condition.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other Planet Fitness services.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet club goals and safety standards.
