Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition and warmth.
• Review arrival lists and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report cash variances to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized; assist with lobby activation as needed.
