Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes/journals.
• Run audit reports from front office system, POS and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer problems during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
