Hyatt Regency Phoenix seeks an Overnight Front Office Host to deliver warm, efficient service during overnight hours. This role combines front desk duties with night audit tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

You will welcome guests, process registrations, handle payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and prepare reports for the next day. Prior hotel experience is preferred; flexible overnight schedule required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and payment transactions.
• Flexible schedule including overnight, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Process guest registrations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local area information.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute required overnight reports.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Report any unusual activity or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and internal communications during overnight hours.
