Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking Night Audit Associates for the overnight shift. The role includes guest registration, handling hotel services communications, and ensuring a smooth guest experience through check-in/out and related tasks.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour plus overnight shift differential and a 20% commission on upsells. Shift times may vary based on business needs; prior luxury-hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Night Audit Associates are responsible for guest registration and communication of hotel services during the overnight shift.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries; check-in/out and room service orders as needed.
• Support the guest experience by delivering accurate information and assisting with hotel promotions.
