Job summary

Graceland, Inc. is seeking a dedicated night auditor for The Guest House at Graceland in Memphis. The full-time position covers evening and night hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am, with variable days including weekends and holidays, and overtime as needed.

The role oversees nightly front desk operations, audits and reconciles guest accounts, and prepares management reports while maintaining confidentiality and using Opera reservations and property management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a night auditor with accounting procedures.
• Familiar with computer systems and property management systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old to work at the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Provide night front desk service and resolve guest complaints per company guidelines.
• Accurately compile guest bills for presentation.
• Reconcile all accounts and ensure correct postings to guest accounts.
• Perform trial balance and make necessary adjustment entries.
• Prepare and provide management reports (room status, food/beverage, housekeeping).
• Finalize nightly audit and set up for the next day.
