The Guest House at Graceland is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in the Housekeeping Department. The role features variable hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as required by business needs. Benefits eligibility begins after 60 days of employment. Hours are 3:00 p.m.

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Protect guest information and hotel property.
• Ability to anticipate guests needs and respond promptly.
• Be part of a team and stay organized during shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Ensure security of any assigned keys and radio.
• Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments; check with Supervisor for additional tasks.
• Stock cleaning carts with designated supplies and equipment.
• Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment.
• Inspect condition of equipment; report damages to Supervisor.
• Remove dust and debris from furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
• Transport food and beverage trays from public areas to service areas.
• Report damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
• Ensure security of hotel property and lost and found items.
