Job summary

The Guest House at Graceland in Memphis, TN, is hiring a full-time Front Office Supervisor in the Operations Department with variable working hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. You will assist the Front Office Manager, oversee PBX, Front Desk, Guest Services, and Bell Person staff, handle guest concerns, train new employees, and ensure security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of Memphis and local attractions is helpful.
• Experience in guest service/front desk and supervisory responsibilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager with assigning tasks and shift coverage.
• Field complaints and address guest concerns.
• Answer phone inquiries and provide information.
• Oversee PBX, Front Desk, Guest Services, and Bell Person staff.
• Address complaints with quality customer service and train new employees.
