Qualifications

• Prior server and bartender experience preferred.
• TIPS certification required or to be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Grooming: neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating.
• Serve all food courses and non‑alcoholic beverages as per function requirements.
• Follow banquet procedures, setup, service, and breakdown as directed.
• Read and understand a Banquet Event Order (BEO) with details.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Use POS and adhere to payment and cash handling procedures.
