Lodging Host Hotel Corp in College Station, TX, is seeking a Night Auditor for the Hilton Garden Inn to provide exceptional guest service during the overnight shift (11:00pm–7:00am). You will handle check-in/check-out, answer calls, and assist guests with information about local attractions and hotel services.

The role requires strong communication and cash-handling skills, with experience in hospitality preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process accurately, including billing.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area with stocked supplies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address requests and room issues.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions per hotel policy.
• Assist with reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Provide concierge services such as transportation arrangements and dining reservations.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards for guest information.
