Qualifications

• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.

• Listening, conflict resolution and clear communication with guests and coworkers.
• Excellent communication skills and guest-service mindset.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Audit management: complete overnight audit reports by the designated time.
• Security: follow overnight safety protocols for guests and team members.
• Incoming mail: receive and note all incoming mail per shift checklist.
