Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Logan is seeking a hands-on Night Auditor to support guests during the overnight shift, delivering high levels of service from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will audit, balance and report on front desk, rooms and outlets, ensuring accuracy, security and adherence to hotel policies.

Key duties include serving as the main guest contact overnight, handling cash and credit transactions, and closing out the night audit with balanced revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight 11:00 pm–7:00 am.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Communicate effectively by phone and in person.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and outlets' cash/credit operations.
• Run the night audit final with balanced revenue.
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk.
