Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming first point of contact for members and guests. You will ensure a clean, organized club environment and assist with membership questions and services.

You will check-in members, handle transactions, and promote memberships and training services while collaborating with the team to deliver a positive, judgment-free experience.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members with inquiries about memberships and gym services.
• Check-in members and process membership transactions.
• Keep front desk area organized and maintain clean locker rooms and bathrooms.
• Promote membership sales and personal training services.
• Collaborate with team to achieve club goals and maintain a safe environment.
