ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to support overnight guest needs and uphold high service standards. You will handle after-hours check-ins, key control, and safety responsibilities with prompt response to notifications.

Live onsite and receive a guest room as part of employment, with an on-call schedule requiring timely 30-minute responses. Maintain professional appearance and strong hospitality service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and computer systems.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and security.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; manage key control.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs and registrations.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and report concerns.
• Provide directions and information about amenities and local area.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks like logging events and posting payments.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and hotel PMS.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with responders when needed.
• May cover another nearby hotel if staffing is needed.
