Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Desk Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and service requests while maintaining a courteous demeanor.

The role supports property operations and requires Friday and Saturday night shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with emphasis on punctual attendance, professional attire, and clear communication with Supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background in service or customer service.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional front desk presence, greeting residents, guests and vendors.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns and service requests with courtesy.
• Communicate daily activities and incidents to supervisors to support operations.
• Record amenities reservations and maintain accurate logs and records.
• Monitor packages and assist with proper handling and reporting.
