Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight. You will assist with check-in/check-out, handle laundry and dishware tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role includes stocking carts, processing reservations, and setting up a grab-and-go breakfast while maintaining brand standards. The typical shift runs 11:00pm to 7:00am, with opportunities for recognition within a great working environment.

Qualifications

Proficient English communication with guests and colleagues.
Ability to operate a property management system and perform shift reports/audit.
Ability to follow safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist guests overnight, check-in/check-out, and collect payments per guidelines.
Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold linens and related items per standards.
Process dishware and packaging per standards; stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
Set up grab-and-go breakfast and perform regular property cleanliness tours.
Adhere to all safety, security, and cash-handling policies.
