FirstService Residential is seeking a Desk Attendant to deliver exemplary resident, guest, and vendor service at the front desk. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain a professional demeanor, and communicate daily activities and incidents to the Desk Attendant Supervisor to support smooth property operations.

The role includes shift coverage on Friday and Saturday nights (11:00 pm–7:00 am), recording amenities, monitoring packages, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background in service industry or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a professional front desk presence and serve as primary contact for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues timely.
• Log and communicate shift events, incidents, and activities to the Desk Attendant Supervisor.
• Record amenities reservations and monitor package room.
• Monitor security cameras and report any violations or emergencies.
