Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register them, and fulfill requests per hotel standards.
• Maintain professional image and leadership while ensuring safe resort operations.
• Assist with credit and guest billing policies and procedures.
• Participate in daily briefings and maintain discretion in guest areas.
