Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Sunday and Monday night shifts (11 PM – 7 AM). You will greet residents, check in guests and service providers, and monitor security systems while maintaining logs and records with attention to safety and emergency procedures.

Applicants should have strong customer service and communication skills, plus the ability to multitask and work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to monitor emergency response and access control procedures.
• Familiarity with daily logs, records, and forms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and direct guests.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and maintain building security.
• Maintain daily logs and records and follow up on issues.
• May perform additional duties as assigned by the property manager.
